A self-directed project I undertook was interpreting the short story ‘The Yellow Wallpaper’ by Charlotte Perkins Gilman into a 52-page Graphic Novel. I utilised both digital art and Lino Printing to do this.

I split the comic into two sections- the digital art depicting the narrator and her mental health decline, and the lino printed wallpaper sections describing the wallpaper, descending into more crazed prints as her health declines.
